- If a user’s ad expires, they can go to My Ads to renew it.
- In the list there is a dropdown titled More, they can open this to find the Renew Ad link
- Note that if they instead click Edit and change their ad, this will block them from renewing until you approve the new ad. (Approving the new ad will not make it public).

Can I renew a user’s ad for them?
If you’d like to renew an ad for someone and enter payment details at the time:
- Go to Users -> All Users, then find the person in question.
- Hover over their name and click the Switch To link below
- This will take you to their account page where you can renew the ad as if you were them using the instructions above.
- After renewing the ad you can click the Switch back to… link in the bottom left corner to return to the admin.
If you’d like to renew an ad for someone without payment:
- Go to Classifieds -> Classifieds
- Find the ad and click on it
- Change the Expired date or set it to Never Expires
- Then click Publish
